When you click on back issues and other resources, you'll need
a "User Name" and a "Password":
1) User Name. This is the "Last Name" that's
on the envelope that carries your monthly copy of the newsletter. If
there's no individual's name on the envelope, leave this blank.
2) Password is your "Customer number". It looks like this: A1234567 and is printed
above the address on each issue envelope and on all renewal notices.
If you don't have your Customer Number, send
an email to John@psyfin.com and put "Customer Number" in the subject
line. Give the full name and address that's on the subscription so we
can identify you quickly.
